Okay, what the heck is going on? This was a question I thought when I stepped on the scale and saw that I had gained a few lbs back.
Okay, Michael don't panic there has to be a reason for this. So I went about my day and did my workout. I noticed something, however. My clothes felt looser. I had increased energy and my workouts have become easier.
Now I still get sore but not like before. This was a tad different. Now I was soo used to just shedding lbs I wasn't sure of why I had gained it. I immediately reached out to Trevor and he broke it down to me.
See before I was at a plateau. I wasn't losing anything and was just idle. Trevor explained that I was now gaining the right muscle and that I should see an increase in weight but that for now, this was a good thing. My body is transforming and my metabolism is speeding up. He was excited. I jumped for joy.
So in an essence yes they are here but these added lbs are a good thing. I'm excited to see how this is going to turn out. SO to everyone out there remember this. It isn't necessarily how much you way. Its how you look and how loose those clothes fit. NEVER ger discouraged and stay the course.
Afterall, If I had settled for medicority I wouldn't be walking or running like I am able to today. Id be prone sad and depressed in a wheel chair and that's just real talk!
