I admit I was a tad nervous as I watched the lbs go up instead of down however that all changed when I realized that my energy was increasing and my clothes were fitting looser?
See I've gained more muscle now so as I continue on my goal the added muscle will now only help fuel and burn the calories away so much more efficiently.
I know I've been away from blogging but that's only because I've been so busy writing and prepping for my Books launch.
I'm planning on blogging more about my continued weight training program.
