3 weeks in YEAA BABY

So it's been roughly three weeks into my program and I'm loving it. I've put on some muscle weight and I can feel it.

The weight lifting is getting easier and my eating has begun to pick up as well. I've really been following Trevor's plan to a T and honestly, I feel great.

I don't expect rapid weight loss results as this is a process but I can tell you this. I have way more energy, don't feel as lethargic as I used to and my clothes fit looser.
