Trevor Knowles has over 15 years experience being a personal trainer as well as a chef. He started from the bottom as a dishwasher, working his way up to head chef. He has worked for 3 corporate fitness studios and was certified as a personal trainer at the age of 16. He utilizes his abilities to create a customized program for each client. This is accomplished through focusing on food frequency and macro ratio. He has perfected this method and can drop pounds off anyone committed!

    As a professional physical fitness trainer and chef, his main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations.
